Whatever you purchase, M&Co offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40, which will see your items arrive in 3-5 working days.

If you cannot wait that long, order before 5pm Monday-Thursday and you can opt for next day delivery, which is free when you spend more than £50, while if you are not usually at home during the week, they provide a guaranteed Saturday delivery service for orders placed before 5pm on Friday.

As an alternative to home delivery, you can make use of their free Click & Collect service and have your order sent to one of their stores. This will take 5-7 working days if orders are placed before 5pm Monday-Thursday. There is also an express delivery to store service, which costs £1 and will see your items delivered to your chosen M&Co store in 1-2 working days.

If you need to return an item, there are four ways of doing this.

To send an item back by post, just fill out the returns form enclosed with your order, stating the quantity of the item you are returning and highlighting a reason from the eight options. Place the returns form inside your parcel and attach the free Royal Mail returns label before taking it to a Post Office, making sure you obtain proof of postage.

You can also return items via a Collect+ store by using the appropriate returns form included with your order. If you do not have one, you can download one on the returns page of the M&Co website. Stick the Collect+ label to your package and drop it off, while they will give you a code with which you can track your order.

Goods can be returned via Asda's toyou service by writing your full name and order number on the toyou label enclosed and attaching it to the parcel. You can then take it to the toyou service point in any Asda store and either use the self-service touchscreen terminal or hand it to a member of staff.

Unless you paid using PayPal, you can take items to an M&Co store (exclusions apply), as long as you have your delivery note with you. If you want to exchange an item for a different size, you will have to return it by post.
