Very poor - cashback was not credited despite going through Top Cash Back. When I contacted M and M Direct they said they do not offer cashback and didn't know why they were listed on here. I am still waiting for Top Cash Back to deal with my claim for cash back two months on.

No complaints about M and M Direct apart from the fact that they use Hermes, who used to be called Parcelnet, to deliver their orders. For 3 days the Hermes tracking facility on their website claimed that my parcel was "Out for delivery" and it never came. On the fourth day (Saturday) I phoned M and M direct customer services. A very helpful girl said she would do something which would force Hermes to find out where my parcel was. Can't be sure it was this which prompted Hermes to deliver my parcel the next day, a Sunday, but it was a nice surprise.

I havealways been happy with purchases from M&M, however I placed an order on Wednesday which arrived on Friday (free delivery) despite the whole country being knee high in snow. I'm very impressed, thats what I call excellent service.
