Tracked straight away and became payable quickly BUT they have now changed my cashback to 0.00?? have submitted claim but not very happy as spend lots with this company.

Cashback tracked within a few days, BUT word of warning, I ordered nearly £200 of stuff which was all shipped out to my name, with the village and postcode but no street name or number, courier said it was a good job she knew who I was by my weird name else it mightve got lost! Emailed M&M and they seemed less than bothered, hmmm.

Ordered from MandM mid November, tracked next day without the £5 for first order. Still hadn't tracked by end of Feb, put a ticket in and have now had the £5 confirmed, just waiting for it to pay out.
