	Cashback claim declined. Will not use ManoMano again I purchased a tv stand using the cashback link. Unfortunately it was not tracked so I raised a claim expecting it to be quickly resolved. However the pay out was declined by the retailer’s network agency. I am extremely disappointed and will not be making any future purchases with ManoMano.

	the seller was prompt in both delivering the product and the cashback This company is a good example of how a retailer should behave - prompt cashback. I'm still waiting for other retailers to deliver when I bought months and months ago.

	bought a mixer but no cash back using this site ? Mano delivery quick Never got my cash back thought I followed through from cash back to Mano Mano , but it didnt register , would have got it bit cheaper from another retailer so bit upset I didnt get my discount using top cash back would have been over £23 50 plus

	Terrible Failed to put me through to a manager after 3 failed attempts to collect my item I want to return as it was the wrong colour. Still waiting my refund as they are refusing to give it me until The item is collected! And they are trying to charge me £10!

	Declined Declined Mano Mano said TopCashback wasn’t the last referral etc - absolute rubbish - more regulation needed in this sector to stop enticing financial promotions that are not fulfilled.

	Do Not Use This Company Two main issues - 1. Tracking, customer service and delivery were appalling. This seems to be a fairly big company and online shopping has been popular for a while now but this company got it so wrong. The tracking was confusing and lacked significant detail, the delivery driver stated he had handed my item to an occupant in the house when in fact no one was in (I found my package in the back garden!) and when I raised this issue with customer services they were not interested in resolving these problems and passed the blame to the courier and suggested I contact the courier direct! 2. As a number of other reviews have stated they refuse cashback stating that TCB was not identified as the last click. I clicked the TCB link which took me straight to their site? There were no other sites in between which means that either their tracking software doesn't work or this is a deliberate ploy to avoid paying cashback. I won't be using them again and I recommend that you also find an alternative.

	Avoid After 4 months waiting for a resolution they declined 3 cashback claims as cashback weren’t identified as the place of origin. Would give 0 stars.

	Poor from ManoMano Cashback refused by manomano. Had problems with order with tracking nonexistent. Manomano customer service totally lacking. Not recommended.
