If you pay in full you qualify for generous cashback
I book parking (amongst other things) regularly through my work and benefit from the cashback personally. Maple do not pay cash back if you use a loyalty discount or use a discount code at the checkout. This is stated in the Cashback terms on their TCB offer page.
If you don't use a discount code and don't use your member loyalty discount (by not logging in) then you get the cashback promised.
The first time I tried to use both and mine got declined - when I asked them why they explained and it makes sense. If you try to have your cake and eat it you'll not get the cashback. If you pay in full you'll get cash back and it's a generous amount too.

Cashback not as advertised - raised a claim
Cashback instantly tracked, but at 'existing customer' amount on the Ex VAT value and not the 'New Customer' amount. Raised a claim for incorrect amount.

Cashback declined for no reason
Cashback quickly declined and there is no reason for this as I did it all properly. I imagine I will wait 16 weeks to get the usual vague reply so that they don’t actually have to prove anything.
I don’t know why retailers like this are allowed to promise then refuse without proper reasons repeatedly. It really does affect the viability of the system.
The only thing we can do is vow never, ever, to use them again. But other people will be tripped up until they are removed from this service.

I have made three bookings with Maple recently. All initially tracked, then within a day declined. Cashback claims against each transaction were not successful. Beware of this merchant.
