Did not receive cashback
After 3 months they said they could not find the transaction. The order was worth £1500 so it was a significant amount!

Flipping Rubbish Cashback claim! I bought a NAS drive from Maplins by reserving it online for collection at the shop. All seemed to go through ok and TCB said it was tracking then I waited and the cashback was "declined" with no explanation! What the HECK!!!

Declined Cashback despite there being no reason to and TopCashback didn't dispute siding with Maplin. If you want guaranteed cashback I would avoid them.

Received 3 seperate cashback amounts so far from Maplin. 2 tracked & paid very quickly - had to put a claim in for the other one not tracking but easily sorted out & has now been paid.
I had an issue with items missing from 2 purchases but Maplin customer services sorted this out very quickly without any hassle.
100% satisfaction from both TCB & Maplin.

This is the only merchant I have used on tcb which did not track my purchase and heard nothing when chased up. Disappointing.

Only used Maplin this once, never again! Bought one item, a new case for the pc with blue LEDs, not the usual style we would go for but it was pretty, so we had a change. Unfortunately when we went through the hassle of changing it all over and turned it on, the LEDs are red. Was not happy! Emailed Maplin and was told basically I could pay to post it back and get a refund or have £10 shop credit as they only have red ones in the warehouse.
Told them there was nothing on their website about they could change the colour and you might get a red one! Asked if they could send me the blue LEDs and I would change it myself, I didn't want the hassle or cost of sending it back when it wasn't my mistake - took them about a month to send half of what I needed and still awaiting the other...
Customer service is rubbish and you're lucky to get what you ordered. Their attitude was very arrogant (non of this customer being right malarky!!) and it turned the purchase into something I wish I hadn't bothered with at all... :(

Bought Ipad in Oct 2012 never tracked. Chased up in Nov and Dec 2012 to be told in Jan 2013 that Maplin could not find transaction despite being given all details by TCB. Only merchant so far to not have paid me.

Purchased Wireless networks set arrives quick no problems
but noticed cash back had not been tracked
Lodged a claim all sorted out within 2 week and is now tracked and paid
Will uses again

Ordered from Maplins at end of October , Still waiting for Maplins to responed to missing cash back. The funny thing is my mothered ordered somthing the same day from them on her account and it has tracked. Have no idea why mine has not as ordered on two different pc's and both got message to say we'd visited.

Am owed £23 cashback from ipad purchase but its never been paid...never responded to claim and when telephoned deny any involvement with topcashback. The only retailer i've dealt with i've had a problem with...comet/currys anyone?

Even though I deliberately made sure I went to the Maplins website via Top Cashback to ensure I received the cashback, they have refused to credit it as Maplins claim that I visited the site via another method.
