Too long
Takes too long to receive. Had to log a missing claim report and then had to wait just over 3 months for the payout.

Great website
Makes life so much easier now that I've discovered I can buy vouchers for M&S in Ireland. I live in the UK and because of Brexit can no longer send parcels to my sisters as birthday and xmas gifts because I incur a tax. So now i can send them a M&S voucher and they can purchase their own gifts.

Rarely tracks
On purchases i have made it rarely tracks. When i contacted tcb customers service it shows you made the purchase but gets rejected by merchant for unclear reasons. I would not waste your time.
