Mixed experience. Sometimes problem free, at other times I've ordered items which are listed as available online only to be told they are out of stock. Even after being told they are out of stock, they are still listed as available on the website. There's a need to update stock availability more efficiently IMO.

Items that I ordered were not as described on website, however m&s extremely helpful refunded part of my order,as reordering produced the wrong items again, so I changed them in store, other wise very good merchant.
