getting a bit fed up of m and s online 3 times i have ordered something, 3 times the day before its due to arrive they apparantly no longer have the item in stock and won't be getting any more, you obviously had it a week ago when i ordered it why is it not held rather than sold again and if your dispatch didnt take so long then maybe you would be able to fullfill my order, your quick enough to canccel my cashback... twice in full despite only half the order being cancelled grrrrr not impressed m and s we dont have a decent store round here and i rely on you :(

Money recorded quickly, although I had put two orders through in one day and annoyingly, they only paid me for one order. I did complain but nothing was done. It will make me think twice about ordering from them as their prices are high in the first place.
