If you purchase clothing and need to change size, if you exchange in store for same item then you lose your cashback as it is recorded as a return. M&S need to sort this as they still have a valid sale.

Bit mean in my opinion with existing customers, would surely be better to reward loyalty and encourage return visits but same with lots of companies. No issues with TCB and paid quickly with no problems.
