The worst retailer on this site for tracking. Just had to raise 3 tickets due to non tracked orders which were eligible and I've kept. Had 2 a couple of months ago; I raised and did get paid. Only 1 out of 4 over the last few days has tracked. TCB please sort this out. Thanks

I've not received a single email from M&S, not even the one acknowledging my purchase, so at the moment it looks like I paid out £30 for nothing ang got £15 back. The order did not arrive and I heard nothing from M&S. Left in limbo. Not too happy about it!
