Just made a purchase via topcashback today and it failed to register my purchase with TCB! It tracked alll the way through to payment then lost it on payment confirmation and TCB shows no record of it.

Poor, poor, poor. Didn't pay out and gave some very dubious reason about me clicking through an additional site between TCB & M & S! How you do that I don't know but it smells pretty fishy to me. I'll think twice before shopping at M & S again - they're meant to be known for their customer service but sadly not this time. Disappointing

Another sly merchant I'd avoid. Do everything right and there's always a loop hole that they came back with so they can 1. Either reduce the cashback amount or 2. Not pay you
