Out of all cashback merchants it is always M&S that I seem to have incorrectly tracked or non tracked issues with. Many tickets have been raised. Cashback is also very slow. Very frustrating as I shop ALOT with M&S.

Thought I was the only one having problems getting my purchases tracked lately. Since 16/09/16, none of my transactions have tracked automatically like they used to. Have lodged claims but got the same message each time from tcb saying that my claims are "on ice" and will be submitted by the end of October!!! Not sure if this is just temporary. Never had probs with this retailer before, used to be very reliable.
