Not great. I made a purchase in November 2015, it is now the end of May 2016 and it has only now been confirmed! It is not yet payable. Really would have expected better!

I have bought goods from M&S many times using TCB. But back in November 2015, my purchase amount was £1500, expected cashback £115. It was tracked but not paid as on May 2016. There were other high value purchases, but no cashback yet. Unethical.

Not Faster Paying! Still waiting for cash back on items purchased in Nov 2015. I know some items were returned and some I kept. I no longer have receipts which are needed to case up claim, so I guess I will lose out on them. Not what I expect from M&S.
