I've been a member for about a year. Deposited thousands of pounds on a verified account. Then out of the blue they block my account. They ignore any messages regarding this. Would definitely not recommend mega casino!

I have won 500 pound at this casino but they just don't payout and set my deposit back to 20 pound... In their terms is written that they can do what they want with your money!!!

I just did megacasino deposit £20 for £20 cashback, they wouldn't let me withdraw my £34 winnings unless i wagered the automatic £5 bonus to redeem 300 points, I ended up winning £501 haha!!!

If you stick to the terms and play by the rules you get v. quick cashback, instantly confirmed. Can understand previous comments, but I took the time to read the terms, and was fine!

Avoid was told my cashback was not valid despite sticking to the criteria in the T&C's.
Wish I would have taken the advice of the 2 reviews prior! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Ok, my experience of Mega Casino so far;
-Deposited £22
- £10 Red, £10 Black, £1 Zero, landed on black, £20 back
- Balance of £21
- Attempted to withdraw my money. Was told I couldn't until I played through my £5 bonus balance in a slots game.
- Had 1 2p spin. Money was taken from my real balance and my bonus balance remained the same.
- Said I would contact my bank to tell them it's a fraudulent transaction and they are basically stealing from me
- Bonus balance was cancelled.
- Attempted to withdraw my £20.98
- Greeted with an error message saying I had an open game so I couldn't make any withdrawals
- Restarted my computer
- Same message, 'Error: Please close all open games'
- Was told that I have an open session and that I should log out and they would manually close the session
- I reloaded 'Instant play' (I didn't install any software at any point), which loaded unbelievably slowly
- It went back into the slot game which I did 1 2p spin on
- I went back into the lobby, went to cashier and successfully withdrew my full balance
I will be shocked if I get cashback from this place, especially after reading the person's comment from September 12th 2012.
