There are a number of ways you can return the items, with the cost of processing being deducted from your refund. On your delivery note, just tick the items you want to return and tell them why you are returning them using the reason codes provided. Enclose your delivery note with the item(s) and package securely, using the original packaging where possible, while you should also get proof of postage.

You can drop your parcel off at any Post Office counter or one of more than 5,000 Hermes ParcelShops nationwide. If you use Hermes collection, they can pick up your package from an address of your choice (postcode restrictions apply). Alternatively, you can take your parcel to a Collect+ point, ASDA toyou click & collect returns kiosk at your most convenient ASDA store or Doddle store.

With Royal Mail and Hermes (drop off and collection), you will need to peel off the returns label from your delivery note and attach it to the front of your parcel. For Collect+ and ASDA toyou returns, you can print off a returns label by clicking on the respective links on the Missguided returns page.

All of the options cost £2.50 to process, with the exception of Doddle, which is £1.95. UK customers can exchange for a different size or colour of the same item. If you would like a different item or are outside the UK, you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

You can return items to Missguided without charge by using one of the free, trackable returns labels included in your parcel, to the right of your delivery note. These pre-printed labels will allow you to send items back via Collect+, Asda toyou or Doddle.
