	Very shady. Declines cashback because they 'cannot trace order' when customer services can find it very easily. If your making a purchase with these people then make sure you've got your evidence for when they try to fob you off.

	WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN! Tracked correct at £20, went all the way through to Payable, requested payment by BACs, then got an email from Top Cashback a few days later saying that there actually was no cashback, despite allowing me to request the withdrawal. Partner's cashback didn't get paid either.

	They will make you wait for a year to even reply to claim and then just refuse it for any reason. Try another company instead.

	Missing £40 cashback on a vodafone contract - asked to investigate and claim was declined despite providing tracking time and order numbers. Very disappointed as we have bough† our last 3 mobile contracts for the family from there but will not use them again.

	Rubbish. Supposed to give £60 and validated it as £0. Friend made an identical order the following day and theirs was validated for the correct amount. Have been trying to claim the money for several months now...
