Cashback exclusions and terms

Exclusions
  • MoneySuperMarket will only validate one cashback transaction per site visit. If you wish to make multiple transactions on different products, please begin each journey from TopCashback.
  • Cashback is payable for Cat and Dog Insurance policies only. We don't offer cashback incentive for horse or rabbit policies.
  • Transactions are limited to 2 per calendar year.
  • Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
Terms
  • Cashback is calculated for the item(s) price only, not including VAT, delivery or other fees.
  • MoneySuperMarket Pet Insurance cashback transactions are limited to 2 policies per year. Offerings cover single and multi-pet insurance, with a fixed amount that is paid to the user based on the type of policy taken out. It is important to note that the cashback will be paid out on this basis, not by each named pet.
  • To receive the correct cashback amount please ensure the number of pets are entered correctly on MoneySuperMarket’s site before clicking out to a provider.
  • Cashback transactions should be confirmed in your TopCashback account within 90 - 180 days of your policy purchase date. Please note that it can take a further 2-3 months for the payment to be processed before cashback is withdrawable from your account. Quotes that do not convert into a policy will be automatically declined after 150 days of being generated.
  • Cashback will only be paid if we are able to link your purchase to the TopCashback website. This means that you must click the TopCashback link, go straight through to the MoneySuperMarket website, generate a brand-new quote, and make your purchase immediately in the same session and without exiting your internet browser. For the avoidance of doubt, cashback will not be paid if a ‘saved quote’ is purchased. A ‘saved quote’ is held in the quote history section of your MoneySuperMarket account for you to return to at a later date. Unfortunately, cashback will not be paid if you purchase a saved quote or edit a saved quote even if it has been generated on the same day you wish to purchase insurance from MoneySuperMarket via TopCashback.
  • Purchases must be completed via the online journey and any purchases via MoneySuperMarket Apps will not be eligible for cashback.
  • Cashback will initially track at £0.00 in your TopCashback account and uplift on validation.
  • Should your cashback fail to track automatically, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' claim within 100 days of your order.
