Every time I have made a purchase from MoonPig I have needed to file a customer service ticket because MoonPig doesn't track your purchase! Once you put a customer service ticket through for missing cashback however, the payment goes through relatively quickly. Not a fault on TopCashback's behalf, MoonPig simply doesn't notify TopCashback of the purchase - a known problem with certain companies.
