Ridiculous, been showing zero for a year now, with no hope of getting anything from them.
I'm up for renewal and they're still here offering cashback!! TCB should have removed these cowboys by now.

Still "Waiting for merchant".
Appears that this is their usual practice.
Be very wary in relying on cashback from these guys and only choose them based on value for money.
I pray I don't have to claim!

Same story as many other reviewers, cash back still showing as zero after 5 months, missing claim & nudges. Why are they still offering cash back when it seems they have a poor track record? Really disappointing.

I've had cash back for my car from MoreThan and it worked out well cheap with the cash back. More than are the best for landlords insurance in my opinion anyway, so if the cash back comes out ok it will be a massive bonus. If not I would have bought it anyway.

rubbish rubbish rubbish, have waited months, no track no nothing, i stupidly bought travel insurance also and no surprises there... it hasnt tracked, it went on ice for 3 months, then waited for responses (another 3 months, then my response was.. it has been submitted, please wait another 2 to 3 months!! never ever ever will use more than again

No stars 'cos I don't know how this'll end ... I didn't reckon on seeing any cashback after the previous comments but they were cheapest for what I wanted anyway so cashback'd be a massive bonus. It actually tracked same day (yesterday) albeit at £0, but today it's showing £65.65 ! Time will tell whether it ever gets confirmed ... I do need another policy soon & they're one of 2 cheapest I'm looking at so fingers crossed ...

The cashback wasn't originally tracked. Completed a manual claim, then got seriously worried by reading other poor experiences of Morerthan at the time saying things like, cashback not tracked/not paid etc. Only went to them because of the cashback. Heard nothing for ages. Kept sending nudges and came to the conclusion that I was £70.70 out of pocket. However, to my utter surprise and due no doubt to TCB's hard work, they paid up £70 (not £70.70!!!). Had to wait nearly 8 months, but got it in the end. Won't go to them again, but a happy ending nonetheless.

Got as far as entering bank details for direct debit on 18.04.12, then got a blank screen, no confirmation email nothing. Shopped around for other quotes.
Received paperwork 28.04.12???
Called Morethan but they did not seem interested, have kept the policy, going to chase cashback through Top cashback, not too hopeful, think I have been conned!

This merchant is a time waster and is clearly using the Topcashback site purely as an advertising tool thereby avoiding any cashback payments. After having completed the detailed form for Landlord's insurance, I was informed "sorry, no quote available, please ring ********* I have black listed them and will not use them in the future under any circumstances.
