	The worst I have ever encounter on this or any cash back site. An 8 month fight. I'll never deal with More Than or any of their group of companies in future, via cashback or other wise.

	Did my deal in August still not had the cashback even though it was supposed to be paid in 8 weeks. Many other customers saying the same thing. This is the worst company i have dealt with so far.

	Poor service from more than. Bought a £450 van insurance which I did everything right but yet I had to start an investigation with cash back. I asked "Morethan" "Thats not our problem" Just on principal i won't use them again.

	purchased insurance with more than and for some reason they won't credit the cashback. Was talking to a work colleague and he had exactly same problem with more than. I'm guessing they're just using top cashback to get customers and then then not following through with their promise.

	Purchased landlord insurance. Never bothered to send me even a receipt until I asked. Cashback was initially rejected and finally was paid after 9 months with assistance from TopCashback.

	Every single cash back I've logged, Ive then had to log missing cash back. Doesn't ever track properly, Such a pain waiting for them to then investigate!

	Takes about 9 months to get the cash back but got it in the end. Think 6 months is a more reasonable timescale.

	Today's date is 31/8/18. I took out my home/contents insurance on 21/1/18. I put in my missing cashback claim on 21/2/18. I'm still waiting. There's seemingly no way to speak to topcashback in person. feeling cheated at the moment!
