	Transaction did not track, lodged a claim and unbelievably it is "on ice" for 6 months as MoreTh>n won't allow it to be reported until then. That rule can have only be put in place to try and evade paying, cannot think of any other reason to not even consider that cashback didn't track

	Process easy to complete. However, problems processing the credit card at payment stage took ages and then i had to use another credit card. This resulted in cashback being declined.

	They declined my cashback after 6 months of me paying into the policy. No reason or excuse given. I think they advertise good rates to get new customers and then look to ways to get out of paying. I then purchased another policy for a different thing altogether, making me a new customer of that product - advertised it at £75 - GAVE ME £1!!! Avoid if you can.

	Be aware of assuming MORETHAN will pay, even if tracking is successful. It's now nearly April 2018 and my pet insurance was purchased from MORETHAN way back in July 2017, and still no cash back. Very disappointing !
