	My cashback from MORE TH>N didn't track automatically and I had to use the Topcashback Lodge a Claim process. This has now tracked and is payable but it did take 8 months for it to become payable. Still it became payable in the end so persumably it was just a rare occurance.

	Cashback incorrect had to wait at least 150 days before the wrong amount can even be reported to the agent for More Than then still have to wait up to another 3 month to be corrected my policy as almost run out by then

	got cat insurance in Feb 2017. transaction finally moved to confirmed in June 2017. still waiting for it to go to payable. £60 due. at least it has moved to confirm i suppose.

	Been waiting since 9th January. Apparently they changed their condition so you have to wait 150 days for cashback. However, now it is passed that and TCB are chasing them but they are still dragging their heels!

	This is the 2nd time I've had to chase cashback for this merchant. This time it has been declined and I definitely followed due process. I'll never buy insurance from More Than again.

	Bought landlord insurance on 11th January - it's now over 6 months later and the payout is still not payable, it's been sitting as confirmed for ages. I hadn't read noticed that looking at reviews on TCB defaults to putting the 5-start reviews first, so you get the impression all is good - more fool me, but sly by TCB, it should be more open and honest.

	MORE TH>N was advertising a £135 cashback for Landlord Insurance in October 2016, even though their quote was a little higher than other insurers', I still bought it, thinking their promised cashback would make up the differences. However, after 7 months waiting, TopCashBack wrote to me saying MORE TH>N declined to keep their promises. I noticed this happened to other custmers here, some of whom suggested it could be TopCashBack themselves who did not want to pass on the cashback. I think that is one of the two possibilities. The other one, of course, was MORE TH>N. Either way, they negated on their promises. Very bad hehaviour, rather like a con artist, not to be trusted.
