Don’t bother
They ignored my claim for over 18 months. They then requested loads of reference numbers, invoice numbers etc. in an attempt to avoid paying out, but I managed to dig out all of the information. They then said something along the lines of: although I used the TC link and the sale tracked fully, they didn’t believe topcashback was the reason for sale’ and my claim was rejected. A real con
