As a merchant cannot fault - as a cashback nope
As a merchant they were absolutely fine - I've hired clothes from them and they always turn up prompt with no issues. As for cashback from them - nope - after 6 months topcashback (TCB) offered me a gesture of goodwill which I accepted - so great to know the TCB stepped up to the mark.
As for MOSS - great for the hiring etc (hence the 5 stars) but do n't expect to get your cashback quickly.(-1 star)

I have used Moss Bros Hire twice now and both times they have failed to apply the correct cash back amount. On each occasion I have had to lodge a claim for between 30-50 pounds to correct the error. Very annoying.
