Still Waiting
As with everyone else I'm still waiting for my cashback from purchases made in July and August 2024. It's now January 2025 and I suspect it's never going to arrive. Still showing as pending. Given the amount of customers that appear to be in the same position it seems their offer of cashback is pretty disingenuous.

Where’s my cash back?
“Explain how you got cash back from this retailer.” HA, what cashback??!!
I purchased items from Mylee back in December 2023. I’m writing this review in October 2024 and my £13 cash back is still classed as pending… I have a feeling it will disappear or never become payable. Don’t waste your time clicking to get cashback with this retailer.

Cashback still not payable 9 months later!
I made a purchase in November 2023 and in July 2024 am still waiting for the cashback to become payable! The item I purchased back in November has since broken.

Don't waste your time
Wait double the estimated time and then read reviews - wish I'd have read them sooner and not bothered trying to use top cashback for my order. Looks like they have no intention to pay out, puts me off using them altogether.

Deny claims for no reason
I purchased through topcashback, no adblock, no voucher codes. They declined cashback 5 months later - “terms and conditions weren’t met”
They're a complete con.

If you were tempted to purchase from this retailer by the generous cash back - don’t bother you will never see it credited to your cash back pot ! Been waiting 7 months n raised numerous tickets

They decline everything
Iv ordered many times from Mylee. Their products are decent but they decline every cash back claim. I make sure every time that I follow their t’s&c’s and they still get declined.
They also make you wait around 6/7 months just to decline

Still waiting for Cashback from December to be confirmed.
I'm still waiting for my cashback and £2 bonus to be confirmed from the 16th December 2022. It's now May 30th 2023..
