You should read the returns policy before returning any products and print the returns form, which you will find a link to on their website, when you are ready to send an item back. If you do not have access to a printer, you can include a covering note and your order number, email address and postcode, along with the full reason for returning the item.
All UK returns should be sent to the address you will find on their website and you should include your order number. Items with a value of more than £50 should be sent by Royal Mail Signed For post. You can withdraw from any purchase (exclusions apply) up to 14 days after the date you received the item and should contact the customer service team to do this. They are happy to provide an exchange or refund, and if you use the Freepost details you will find on the returns page, they will cover all your return postage costs.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can return it within 30 days of the date you received it and they will issue a full refund or replacement, including postage costs. Faulty items, meanwhile, can be returned within the first six months of receipt, unless specified on individual product listings. Faulty goods may be substituted with another brand for the same intrinsic value.
