	Do not use this merchant. Bought tyres in 2013 and claim refused eventually in 2015 and no reason given. Please be warned, this is not topcashback fault but mytyres had no reason to refuse claim.

	I purchased tyres in April and still have not recieved any cashback even after a numnber of nudges to TCB. Today I had a request from Mytyres to review the purchase so replied that I was still awaiting my cashback. Their response was :- Thank you for your e-mail. We would like to inform you that our Company is in no way related with Topcashback, and the link that you have accessed might contain malicious software that might damage your computer. If you have further questions or queries, do not hesitate to contact us. Kind regards, Mr Andrei Giurca Delticom Tyres Ltd. Obviously something needs to be sorted between TCB and Mytyres.

	Order, Payment and fitment all ok for 4 new tyres, still waiting £17ish cashback in September from April, transaction tracking ok, now sending weekly nudges to Topcashback who I've been using for many years and this is only my 3rd issue with payment.

	Tyres ordered and fitted in April 2014 tracked quickly with correct cash back amount then after about 5 weeks went to zero and cash back declined!!

	Ordered Wheels in early December, customer services weren't able to give a me an estimated delivery day. When the wheel arrived they were missing some of the hub centres. It took almost a month of emailing to get them sent. Cash back didn't track so lodged a claim only to be declined 4 and a half months later! Wouldn't use again.

	They offer lots of tyres - Winter tyres are ALWAYS available - dont be fooled by your local retailer saying there's nothing available in the UK except the expensive ones. I have bought in December and February and got tyres for around £50 each. the service is very good and delivers quickly. Cashback makes it worth it too. Never had a problem getting my cashback.

	No cashback received though sure correct process was followed. Understand this was part of a general problem. Would not use again as would nott expect to receive cashback.

	Very unhappy with the service from mytyres. I placed an order on their website for 4 Pirelli tyres, and paid by American Express. The next day I received an email asking for the significant sum to be paid by bank transfer! I called them and was connected to their office in Germany, who stated that the card was declined, and that they can only try card payment once, and that bank transfer was the only way to pay. I called Amex who confirmed that no request for payment had gone to them and that no transactions had been declined. Only an idiot would send cash to a company in this economic climate, especially a company abroad. There is no protection whatsoever from bankruptcy or other problems that may arise. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.

	Initially tracked at the right amount, then for some reason dropped to £0. Good service/delivery but not recommended for cashback as they declined for no valid reason

	I've used mytyres now for a few years and at the beginning the cashback tracked straight away and didn't wait long for payment however over the past year they have been dreadful! I have now waited 14 months for one claim and 4 months for another - doesn't look very promising!

	Been waiting nearly a year for cash back now. Nothing. I know you shouldnt rely on cashback but I've used mytyres for years and thought I can get them for the same price as camskill then great. No word on my cash back so I have been using camskill since then and been very happy as the prices are cheaper because dont count on getting the cash back.
