Waste of time going through TopCashback to this company
MyVitamins declines cash back claiming they can’t see TopCashback was the last channel gone through to their website. I’ve used TopCashback for years and know how it works, on top of that I only heard of MyVitamins when I was looking through TopCashbacks website so couldn’t have gone onto any other way. Disgraceful company.

Don't pay the advertised rates. Offering 20% for new customers, but won't pay out because I used a code advertised on the site. T&C don't say this, but they aren't even offering the non-voucher amount, just declined the whole transaction. Only buy from them if you know what the terms are and you know what you're likely to get - ie not much. Better off waiting for an increased rate at Holland & Barrett, as at least they give cashback on the penny sale transactions.

Not been given the correct amount cashback , instead of the 20% advertising only get 2%, put in a complain, being declined , will not buy from the mechant ever again, rated 5 stars so the comment can be seen
