Joined NT 8 May but did not track. Raised Enquiry ticket immediately after joining NT because although status showed I was logged in to topcashback when I clicked to see earnings I was prompted to log in.
Steps I followed:
1 logged in to topcashback
2 went to
http www.topcashback.co.uk national_trust
for 30% discount
3 checked login status which had Logout ie so logged in
4 clicked through to National Trust site
5 joined National Trust and closed tab
6 checked login status which had Logout ie so logged in
7 clicked Earnings and got message not logged in but status showed logged in so will transaction fail to track?
And as I feared it has not tracked ie suspect glitch in website and I've followed this up with a Cashback Claim but the status for this is "On Ice. You will need to log back in to submit this claim after 07 Jul 10". Not happy
