Refused Cashback
Placed an order for 2 King-size mattress which did not track. Followed up with Topcashback who have now said Nectar refused my cashback for some bogus reason "they do not see us as being the reason the order was placed". Well, no one chooses a mattress based on cashback but we did take it into consideration. Pretty silly reason to reject the claim as they confirmed we orders through Topcashback and confirmed the payment and delivery have taken place.

Cashback refused
I needed a new mattress, found TopCashback were offering a promotional rate of cashback for Nectar, clicked 'get cashback' and made my purchase. Nothing tracked. Waited a week, submitted a claim for the cashback and within 24 hours this was refused as a 'thorough investigation' showed that TopCashback were not the final retailer to my purchase (ie, some other marketing channel has received the commission). No idea how that would happen, but it makes me wonder how secure this site is if another marketing channel can 'steal' the commission. I have been given some unhelpful condescending 'tips' and convoluted ways of clearing browsers etc, along with wishes of more success in the future. This has never happened to me before in many, many years of using cashback sites. Either TopCashback or Nectar have a technical issue here, so you've been warned if you are making a decision to use this site for a purchase at Nectar. Once my pending cashback is paid, I'm out of here, TopCashback.

Nice mattress. Nice cashback!
Had to submit a claim for correct purchase amount, but TCB customer service eventually sorted the full amount. Took about 4-5 months to pay out though
