Neilson obviously do not like giving cash back! I had a holiday n January 2017, it is now March 2018 and although it has been confirmed as payable I am still waiting! I booked another holiday with them via Top Cash which they denied went via Top Cash! So my advise book via Top Cash but don t rely on them paying up quickly or at all?!

Despite paying in full at the time of booking it took 8 months to resolve, topcashback gave payment as a goodwill gesture rather than Neilson paying out.

Great holiday (Foca beachclub). Booked nearly a year in advance, went in October, still awaiting cashback over a year after booking and 3 months after return - Lets hope they pay!

Tracked at the time of booking but has stayed as "Pending" ever since. Many, many moths since booking and now a couple of months since we took the holiday. Will they ever pay?? Bear this in mind if you are relying on the cashback to make the holiday cheaper. You may never get it!!

Really poor. Booked in November 2015 and didn't track. Managed to get it onto my cashback account in December 2015. Took holiday in June 2016, and now in September 2016 still waiting on cashback. Very poor.

We were looking at a similar priced holiday with Crystal but noticed that Neilson were offering cashback which made their holiday price much more appealing. Se we booked through Neilson, had an absolutely great holiday in Bulgaria and the cashback came through quickly as a nice little bonus.

I'm still waiting for my cashback from Neilson 8 months after I booked the holiday and almost 6 months since we went on the holiday and the cashback due is almost £300. The tranaction failed to track initially and I had to get Topcashback involved so it did track but that's as far as it's progressed. Really disappointed as the cashback involved is significant.

Beware, they didn't pay my cashback, and gave no reason. As far as I can tell I did everything right. I wouldn't have booked with them if it wasn't for the cashback incentive - lesson learned by me.

AT LAST! I finally got paid my commission! :-) I booked c. Oct 2010, took the holiday Aug 2011, and have just been paid in Sept 2011. Don't know why it took so long, and TopCash have been good at chasing them. The important thing is that I have, eventually, got my cash - which was worth a lot as it was an expensive family holiday. Admittedly, could/should have been faster - not 12mths - but better late than never.
