The limited number of Nespresso reviews submitted at the time of writing offered a very mixed response to the brand, and while that is also reflected on Trustpilot, there is plenty of five-star feedback. Take a look at the Nespresso review feedback on Trustpilot and you’ll find reviews such as: “I have been a customer for over 10 years. The customer service, delivery and product is first class. When things do go wrong (very rare and possibly my mistake, not theirs) the resolution is always in my favour. I cannot fault this company.” Many customers have also highlighted the fantastic service they’ve received from Nespresso in Trustpilot reviews. One said: “Had a small issue with my machine. Nespresso customer service dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Had mine collected and gave me a loan machine at the same time. A week later, mine was on its way back and the loan machine was collected at the same time. Perfect service.”
Another stated: “Incredible service. My machine broke just outside the two-year warranty. Somebody came to collect it, gave me a machine replacement, fixed it and returned it in two weeks — all for free. Best customer service ever.” There are also plenty of reviews which highlight how impressed people have been with Nespresso products. You’ll find comments like “I got my Nespresso machine a year ago and I use it 3-5 times a day. It’s still as good as the day I bought it — brilliant experience every time”.
