I can understand your frustration when any cashback goes to declined, particularly when you have clicked through from us and made a purchase right away.
The money we pass to you as cashback is a commission payment we receive for referring a sale and this is only something we’re awarded when we’re seen as the true source and reason for the purchase.
For example, if the web is browsed generally before using our site it’s always best to clear cookies and cache before logging in to help us be seen as the site that led to the sale. This way we can ensure you are paid your cashback. Similarly, it’s worth noting if you gain a discount from elsewhere that if this is used this will likely lead to cashback being declined as then that discount would be seen as the reason for the purchase being made, rather than us.
