Initially didn't track but is now confirmed after just a couple of weeks. Used voucher code as well as cashback and total discount made them very reasonable. Returns policy is very good too, with several options to make it more convenient.

This has been a weird one! My cashback has been declined as apparently it has been paid to another cashback provider. As I only currently use TCB this is extremely strange and looks like someone has benefited from my efforts.

The online New Look store has a much wider choice than its shops, some items are only available online. Items you want to return can be taken to a New Look store or taken to many local shops for collection.

Have bought twice from New Look. One tracked fine, the other did not and is still not showing 3 months later, despite repeated nudges etc. The transaction that did track was not delivered next day even though I paid for the service. Customer service pretty useless.
