I'm a little upset by my cashback experience with Next. I placed an order for £118 (and am a very regular customer with an account card). I kept all of the order but had to take one item back for a REPLACEMENT not a refund because some stitching came apart after one wear (ie. their fault, not me changing my mind, and I still bought the product) and now the cashback for the whole order has disappeared. I don't think this is very fair!
