Declined the cashback for no reason
I wouldn't bother, they declined when the room was booked 'correctly' a month after the hotel stay.

Did not pay cashback
I booked 4 rooms through top cashback and NH Hotels declined the payment without any further explanation. Don't factor cashback into your decision to book with this company, if you were going to book with them anyway then it's worth a try but otherwise go with someone else.
They also took months to respond when I queried why I didn't receive the payment.

Did not track and 2 months later still no cashback
I booked a holiday though the site and paid in full but the cash back did not track.
After 2 months, I would cancel and try rebooking if I hadn't booked a non-refundable room. I expected £70 cash back which is a lot to loose.

Well I used this for booking an airport hotel in Vienna, NH is the ONLY hotel at Vienna airport, several cashbacks available, via different retailers, for this same hotel but, on this occasion, fractionally better direct with NH Hotels directly.

Cashback tracked quickly and was confirmed as soon as we had returned from staying at the hotel. Hotel facilities and staff were good too (Jerez, Spain).
