Declined cash back on two occasions
Twice now I have made purchases that have been declined for no reason. Especially annoying when they are promoting 20% cash back and then decline it - TopCashback need to get a grip on Nike doing this…..

Offered to settle claim then declined after I accepted
Had to log a claim when cashback didn't track, was offered £2.49 to close claim, once I accepted it's gone to £0.00, not a happy bunny!
