	Cashback declined in several Ninja purchases I've bought Ninja products linking through from Top Cashback, and probably wouldn't have otherwise so cannot fathom why a number of payments have been declined :-(

	Declined the cashback Everything does as normal and Ninja denied the cashback. One of the reasons I went with them was because of the cashback so it wasn't worth it in the end.

	Ninja Does not pay out False advertising by Ninja. We bought the dual air fryer for £130 and were supposed to get £30 in Top Cashback. The retailer declined went through the various claims process and was still told that we were unsuccessful without a clear explanation. Just checked the reviews and Ninja is consistent at not paying out on their cashback. I would avoid it. I would rate them 0 out of 5 stars

	Dishonest Ninja do not pay out. I read negative reviews and booted a fresh PC with a fresh browser session, straight to topcashback then to ninja to make my purchase. Cashback claim immediately rejected as 'topcashback not the reason for purchase' atrocious behaviour from ninja.

	Claim Rejected I have had the same experience as others. No cashback received, claiming that TopCashback not seen as the reason for the purchase. This is despite my visit at time of purchase being logged, and using a discount code exclusive to TopCashback I don't think Ninja's link should be allowed on topcashback if they won't honor claims

	They Reject Claims Ordered through the link, purchase qualified for cashback and Ninja have rejected the claim for no valid reason. Not impressed as I did spend a decent amount. Looks like most people have had the same problem. Shouldn't be on here if they aren't going to honor claims!

	Rejecting TopCashback For no reason whatsoever, Ninja decided to reject my purchase link when bought via topcashback. Feels very unfair, and underhand. Would not recommend. Product is so so too. looking to return since learned of rejection.

	Cashback Rejected Purchased from Ninja, from what I can see the purchase was valid and qualified for cashback however it appears Ninja declined the cashback. Looking at the recent reviews TopCashback should be stepping in and resolving and/or providing valid reasons as to why Ninja has rejected the cashback

	Cash back claim rejected I spent several hundreds of pounds with this retailer, the purchase tracked then was rejected. It appears I am not the only one that this has happened to. Ninja are offering cash back on purchases then rejecting cash back claims,given the amount of times that this has happened to people then Ninja should be removed from this site. Warning to others it’s highly unlikely that you will receive any cash back

	Not just me then! Cashback rejected Almost every cashback through Top cashback is perfect and seamless. But every time I buy something with Ninja - even if it's an advertised link i.e my most recent purchase on Black Friday which was promoted by top cashback - it gets rejected. It tracks normally with the correct payment amount, then magically a few weeks later I get a strike through saying declined. When I appeal, TCB come back a few days later saying Ninja says TCB wasn't the reason for the the order being placed! It tracked and was pending! So of course it was. I'm now thinking Ninja are being dishonest and rejecting random cashbacks to see what they can get away with. Of course I appealed against and I have to say Top cashback as ever were AMAZING and sorted it for me. This needs to be looked into as it's making me not bother with Ninja.

	Got my order very quickly but my purchase didn’t track My purchase wasn’t showing so I queried why and was told it hadn’t tracked. I queried this but was told I hadn’t ordered it through the correct route even though I had and there had been no issues with anything I had brought off other sites. I was told there was nothing they could do so I told them I would close my TopCashback account and the next day they gave me the cashback. It is not for the correct amount as it shows the wrong purchase price but I can’t be bothered arguing any more. Disappointing to say the least especially as I can see from the reviews that I am not the first person this has happened too

	Monies received but... It was a successful claim with monies received in good time but I was initially expecting a greater % cashback but unfortunately I only read the T&Cs regarding using discount codes after making the purchase. Lesson learnt for any future claims. Overall a good experience.

	Declined Cashback Claim - Very Poor And Dishonest! I'm a huge Ninja customer, and I've purchased many of their devices and have always been pleased with the service and quality of their products. However, I'm absolutely incensed by my recent experience. I purchased the Ninja Luxe Coffee Machine - a very expensive item. I was swayed to Ninja over Sage by the generous cashback rate offered on TopCashback. The purchased tracked but showed £0.00 so I submitted a claim. Ninja declined this claim, even though it's clear from the "Earnings" page in my account that I made the purchase via TopCashback. I've emailed Ninja Support as I want this sorted out! It's blatant dishonesty otherwise. I will update my review following the outcome of my complaint to support.

	5* Experience Bought on-line from the Ninja website. Easy to order - simple system. Air fryer arrived very quickly in a well packed box. An email from TCB to confirm a 'cash back' had been added to my account. The whole process was simple, straightforward and free from any hitches. To use the actual air fryer requires a 2 week residential course (with a bar). However, when mastered, the food is SO MUCH tastier than from an oven or grill. As 'bottle and plate washer' it takes me quite a while to thoroughly clean the machine - yes I'm fussy. Washing everything up by hand as opposed to using the dishwasher. Over all - Excellent product, easy to purchase, a few bob back via Top Cash Back. 5*

	Avoid they dont provide the cashback Placed an order for an airfryer, after not seeing the cashback after 2 weeks I put a claim in, no proper response received as to why the cashback was rejected even though my purchased was recognised and tracked by topcashback, Topcashback dont seem to care as there has been multiple similar reviews and they dont seem to do be doing anything about it, avoid.

	Avoid Despite following all instructions ninja declined as they couldn’t see the purchase was linked to TCB. Only purchased item because of the Black Friday offer they were clearly falsely advertising. TCB need to remove them as a retailer as every review seems to say the exact same thing. Would have bought a different item if Id have known the issues I’d have.
