	Did not honour cashback! AVOID! NordVPN refused my cashback claim, I asked for a refund and refused. I would avoid at all costs as they wont pay your cashback! I tried to resolve with Top Cashback(who i don't blame) and Nord direct and no joy, Nord also refused to cancel my subscription and refund me! AVOID!

	Sale tracked - Claim Declined They declined the transaction, I didnt use a small discount code found elsewhere as the cashback was in excess of 50%. Nord declined transaction cashback, all rules were stuck to but they claim the item I purchased wasnt subject to cashback. I purchased their main product, the VPN annual subscription. Very disappointing as cashback was in the region of £80 and was the influencing factor in the buying decision. I'll use a new VPN supplier on principal next time my subscription comes up.

	Declined Cashback SCAM Bought NordVPN due to great cashback offer! Only for the cashback to be declined with no reason given. Followed all the rules and guidelines as set by Topcashback and Merchant!

	Cashback declined Said it didn't route properly, complete lie. When cashback is 80% it really changes your decision in terms of purchase so this is awful AVOID!

	Be careful the offer is for NEW subscription only, My renewal subscription did not get any cashback. It took months and contacting both Topcashback and NordVPN customer services to realised that the decline reason was because I was an existing customer buying new subscription but this cashback offer only applies to new customer, however it never been mentioned at the Topcashback offer info.

	Never tracking Didn't track again!! Last time I went through the full process of requesting all the information request by TopCashback and after months it was declined, not going through the same drama again! Avoid!!

	Paid out less than initially advertised Purchase made Jan '21. Initially tracked at £40 which was the correct amount but then paid out two months later at £27. Case has been ongoing for over two years!!! Eventually, due to the time elapsed and it still being unresolved, Topcashback kindly paid out the difference.

	Faf when it doesn't track Purchase didn't track at all. To put in a manual claim you have to contact NordVPN customer service to get account details. Took multiple emails before they released the details so I could lodge the claim. Once missing cashback claim lodged it was approved and payable within about a week!
