	Extremely slow Although it generally tracks and pays out, it takes forever. I still have transactions pending from April and it's now nearing the end of November.

	Avoid like the plague: use Chiltern Railways instead for ALL your tickets (If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have...) Yet another merchant who does not honour their promises: what a pity that such lying, cheating merchants are allowed to get away with it. From the comments in this section, I can see I’m not the only customer who has been scammed in this way – luring you in with attractive cashback offers, then failing to pay up, even after a Missing Cashback Claim is submitted, with no adequate explanation. Looks like it is a bit of a trend among Rail carriers on TopCashBack, as the awful ScotRail used to employ the same tactics. It’s also a stain on TCB’s reputation that they let dishonourable merchants like this remain on the platform. I’ll stick with Chiltern Railways in future – they sell rail tickets for any part of the country, and are reliable in paying up. Better getting 1% that always pays up, than 2% which is promised but never paid. And for those who buy tickets on Northern - why not do the same? It would be good to stick it back to Northern, by buying your train tickets elsewhere. All we have is our own purchasing power to fight these shysters…

	SLOW Multiple transactions pending, plus 4 with customer service as not tracked. I've given up on using TCB when using Northern. Shame as I use Northern Trains a lot.

	Reliable Tracks reliably and pays out for tickets for any RailCo. Only gripe is that the website displays very untidily in Edge Mobile

	Cashback is good for a poor service from operator! Always make sure I get cashback on my tickets to make up for the delays to timetables!

	Never Tracks as soon as I sign in! I have to log a cashback claim for Northern as their website is pretty poor, don't have this problem with other retailers. The Cashback process is a lot like their trains being on time...poor!

	deducts VAT even though train tickets don't have VAT tracks quickly, but tracks as 20% below purchase price as if VAT is being subtracted despite UK train fares being zero rated for VAT

	Cashback never tracks I generally don't have problems with cashback tracking with any other retailer on this site, but for some reason, Nothern Trains cashback simply does not track. I've had to raise a claim for every single purchase. Given that I use it to buy all my rail tickets for my regular commutes, this is irritating to put it mildly, but the cashback rate they offer is the highest, so I'm going to persist. I wish they'd sort it out, though.

	Really good ,cheap days rail travel with Northern rail Easy to access ,straight through to Northern rails website to select cheap days out. Some trips only cost £1 but regardless i still received my Top cashback discount.

	no cashback No cashback ever from Northern Have used them multiple times - have had to raise tickets with Top Cashback
