	Paid for a flight last summer, have never received cashback Flight was fine but they should not be allowed on this site if they do not honour their obligations.

	Non refundable flights booked nearly a year ago - did not track so raised a claim......and still waiting ! Flights were taken & completed over 2 months ago - sorry TCB, but this amount of time to resolve issues is wholly unacceptable !! What on earth is the delay ? Please can you expain why it should take nearly a year and STILL NO ANSWER ! GGGGRRR..! Not confident of a positive out come TBH - totally disappointed in Norwegian but ultimately the onus must come back on TCB who have allowed this situation to ride so long.

	Booked flights and cashback appeared within minutes. May be they have sorted the problem others have commented on earlier in the year.

	Waiting now for nearly 5 months and no money yet!!! Service on board isn't fantastic either, low cost but they charge for everything else like headphones and blankets, drinks etc. Paid for food and that was useless too. Customer service wasn't much either as there was a mistake with the ticket and they just didn't want to know. I will pay more next time and fly with someone else. No wonder they have bad reviews elsewhere.

	The last two purchases not recognised for cashback so not happy.Also not much feedback from "topcashback". The system seems to have stalled.

	Bought ticket on 5th January 2014 and received cash-back today. I wasn't expecting it particularly quickly given other reviews but I have at least got the £5 I was waiting for!

	still waiting for three lots of cashback that haven't even tracked, Not worth booking in advance as Norwegian have changed flight times several times already. top cashback not that helpful in chasing anything anymore.

	Almost 5 months and nothing heard at all. For Norwegian to advertise a service/promotion and not honour it when a customer has complied with his/her part of the transaction is verging on fraudulent in my mind. TCB - if you cannot resolve these outstanding claims promptly then Norwegian needs removing as it's detracting from your own good reputation.

	It's been almost one year since the cashback is in the 'confirmed' stage, no payout as yet.

	Judging by the comments of the other people posting reviews, and my own experience, which is that cashback is not forthcoming, I think there is sufficient evidence for TCB to remove this retailer. They clearly aren't honouring their promise of cashback.

	I booked a flight in April 2013 and travelled in May 2013. In January 2014 I am still waiting on their cashback. Don't book through this merchant if your choice is purely based on the cashback, you may never receive it...

	Purchased flights in march and april 2013, it's Jan2014 and even though the transaction was confrimed, no cashback paid yet.

	Norwegian should be struck off the TopCashback site - I've been waiting 9 months for my cashback - the company are a disgrace and should be avoided. Quite why 99.7% of people are satisfied with this company is a mystery to me.

	Very happy with Norwegian flights but have been waiting 5 months for the cash back and it has still not appeared. 8 weeks it is not. I just hope that it will arrive soon.

	Waiting for cashback for over six months. Would not recommend the cashback from Norwegian. Have not had this problem with other merchants.

	Purchased in February, had to submit a manual claim, however I'm still awaiting for it to appear as tracked, any cashback or any communication from TopCashback.
