Cashback denied
I specifically bought some presents as I saw there was a cashback. No codes or anything added. Initially, the transactions were recognised instantly, and then for some reason they were deducted without any reason. Won't use it again.

Always pays out
I have been buying gifts here for years, and love that you can get cashback on it now. Purchased items for Christmas presents when there was a high % of cashback and has just paid out, no issues.

I raised an issue with customer support with my order number and email. But somehow notonthehighstreet has denied my claim. It's disappointing.

No Problems!
Never had an issue. Used on mulitple occasions and always easy and quick to receive. Had some take longer than others but I believe this is due to individual retailers, not NOTH themselves.
