Tracked at lower amount of £50.00 instead of £90.00.
Didn't track at the correct amount. Have contacted TCB CS to hopefully resolve matter, but quite a difference for those people who don't file a incorrect cashback claim.

Takes a little while to verify but it came through fine
Had to open a claim but it was followed it up & I got the claim authorised after a few months.

Takes far too long to be paid
Took ages to be paid although good cashback. Once Id waited ages they then refused the cashback! Luckily id taken a screenshot of the transaction showing it was recorded and eventually once Id raised a query it was paid. Not a great experience if Im honest but at least the cashback was good!

We followed the process correctly, it was tracked, then many months later declined with no communication or reasoning to explain why. Terrible treatment of a pensioner aged customer and very upsetting as £80 is no small sum of money.

It's been tracked for 7 months and very happy with the deal, but furious to have learned today that the cashback has suddenly declined without any reason just when I was expecting it to become payable. £80 was the deal so asked gor investigation

"Customers need to still be an active BB customer 6 months post-purchase for the cashback to be valid / paid out." Well it's been over 6 months and they declined my cashback.. poor. Avoid!

Cashback declined after waiting 28 weeks. Raised a dispute, but told this takes 12-16 weeks. Lots of similar complaints/reviews. Basically they don't want to honour the cashback. Expect your claim to be declined, and maybe if you keep chasing you might get it after a year.

Cashback declined after waiting 7 months. Can't use Top cashback customer service as it can not find my purchase. I'm not happy to lose £90 if I had known I would have signed up to a different broadband.

EST payable 28weeks, now sitting at nearly 30 and still waiting on cashback from early July. Internet is good, but annoying that the cashback which influenced decision isn't going through

did not even track despite purchasing as normal and making sure i was eligible so no fault my end 1st time this has ever happened its been 3 weeks since i complained doubt anything is going to change even after the 12 weeks im supposed to wait

tracked at full amount £85. then after 5 mths went to zero pending up lift . feared the worst after reading neg reviews .. relieved to say just payed out .SKY for 80 last year NOW for 85 this yr using same router . very happy with service

Did not pay out. I was on hold for 6+ months and then was declined. I went to raise a ticket and was told that I could only do it with the first 6 months - which was now too late!

After reading the reviews, I didn't expect to receive any cashback. I purchased my Broadband because it was the best price, so any cashback would be a bonus. So, imagine my surprise when my tracked purchase went to confirmed, then payable :) This all happened within an acceptable timeframe (about 6 months) and without any nudges etc.le

I did indeed receive the £80 cashback, despite my worry that having previously been a Now TV customer (not broadband) would provide them a loophole to not pay out. It did, however, take a whopping 8 months. I got the broadband moving into my flat, and got the email that it was payable as I was moving out... If you're in no rush for pay out, go for it.
