	Going to be a year next month that I have been waiting for the cashback. After pestering topcashback, the only response that I received was generic i.e ' we're in talks'. Strangely enough, I received a response saying the money has been allocated! please allow it to change to payable. That didn't happen, and neither did it show up in my account. After pestering top cashback they said it was a technical issue which will show up. Unfortunately, it wasn't a technical error, and a month later had shown that the cashback had come through as declined. I asked what the problem was, and now they are 'in talks' once more. Biggest joke ever. Steer clear of top cashback.

	Be careful guys, this offer is nothing short of fraudulent! They declined my claim citing an incorrect order reference even though the only reference you have is your email address! Disgusting service. Use at your own risk!

	Three NowTV transactions on 2 cashback websites and none tracked, so claims went in. Here on TCB claim was approved and paid out promptly, within 6 weeks from date claim went to NOW TV.

	Now TV don't pay out so I wouldn't waste your time.My advice to you is just don't bother. Go to netflix or lovefilm.

	Signed up for offer over 2 months ago. At the time there was no mention of paying cashback only after first payment. I tried it, didn't like it (limited choice, and HD seemed grainy to me), cancelled, and still no cashback. After submitting claim, I was told that I didn't get cashback because I cancelled. What a con!

	Waste of time, didn't track at the time and my claim has now been rejected. It's a pretty poor service anyway, as well as being more expensive than competitors.

	Does not pay cashback, waste of time, rubbish selection of films and would not use again. Netflix is infinitely better.

	My advice to you is just don't bother. Go to Netflix or LoveFilm. Much better services from each with more chance of you actually getting cashback!

	Signed up for a free trial, and followed the instructions to pay for a month afterwards (at a reduced rate) in order to receive cashback, which was confirmed after my first payment. The service itself is good, but content is not refreshed as often as one would like for the high post-trial fees.

	Poor service, hardly used it when I could get it to work. Refused cashback because i didn't have an order reference which can't be found anywhere on my account. So overall I would steer clear of this one much better services out there ie. lovefilm/netflix.

	Didn't even register my cashback with this merchant. If you aren't going to pay then why are they allowed to advertise. Wish i'd checked out the reviews first.

	As others have said, for me, it hasn't even tracked. Merchants that don't track should be removed as it gives TCB a bad image! - and this company is Sky... so punish sky by removing all sky listings too!

	Took this offer up in June, didnt track, opened query 06/06, nudged at 17/07, declined on 18/09 for "Incorrect Order Reference" What a ridiculously wishy washy get-out-of-jail-free card this merchant used. The service was slow (even on 120Mb/s broadband) and the catalogue was ugly and ancient. Stick to Netflix or LoveFilm. They're the biggest for a reason - because they're not a bunch of clowns like these!

	Cashback went to 'payable' only for it not to be paid due to 'inconsistencies with payouts for this merchant' basically NOW TV don't pay out so I wouldn't waste your time.

	Now TV is poor, although I'm guessing that Sky believe they can request £15 because it is an addition to YouView. Seriously though, the choice of films are poor. There's very little choice of horror movies, unlike LoveFilm who have over 3000. I've signed up for two trials with Now TV (use a different credit/debit card and it allows you to), but it is not worth £8.99 per month, let alone £15.00. Complete rip off. Nice try Sky, but your motto 'believe in better' does not always ring true.

	The films available are somewhat more recent than competitors but there is far less choice (than lovefilm or netflix,) plus there is no TV show content. I was able to easily watch the 4 or 5 movies that interested me in the months free trial. I found the customer service reps be friendly and fast to respond via email or on the NowTV forum, whilst not 100% efficient we always got there in the end.... Cashback was paid after manual claim. If NowTV added some decent TV shows, ironed out glitches (typos in promotional material and technical problems) and reduced the price from ~£15 per month to <£10 - then they'd be in contention for my custom. As it stands they just don't have the content to make it worth £10 a month, let alone £15 (over double the price of netflix/lovefilm who provide way more choice albeit slightly older.)

	It's billed as having movies before netflix and lovefilm, but in 30 days I watched 1 movie! Very little choice, much more expensive than netflix and lovefilm, not worth it at all. Thought it would be good with Sky's power behind it but it just doesn't work for me.

	They didn't Pay (Went payable to zero) so dont waste your time after the trial - Thats if you can get it to work in the first place - I only give it 5 Stars so it is visible in these comments - A Zero Rating in every aspect is what these lot deserve and is there Total overall rating from me!

	If you are pretty good with a comp you will be able to get it to work from PC/Laptop to TV (Silverlight fault) When it is working is pretty good with a not bad selection of films - just done the trial and see if they cough up the £4 special offer for the trial - If they do I will renew for £8.99 - Forget the £15 full price though - No chance unless they start adding more films

	My cashback has been confirmed for ages now but still isn't showing as payable. I stayed with Now TV in order to get the cashbback, but decided to leave the service after that as the choice of films is rubbish. Hardly any are added each week. The choice in each category is limited. Now TV is very expensive (it goes up after 3 months). I will stay with Lovefilm, lots more movies to choose from and only £4.99 a month for unlimited streaming. Great value for money.
