Declined my cashback even though gave them all the info they asked for. I disputed it and eventually, months later I received it. This soured my relationship with them - not a good start, is it?

Didn't track and no reply on claim over 6 weeks ago. On a positive note there isa products seem good. Frustratingly wish I would have taken a fee free offer for a year which was a bit less than the cashback!

Said they couldn’t locate my transaction even though I followed all steps that I usually do. Seems to be a common occurrence with more recent reviews about them being unwilling to pay out genuine cashback claims. Bordering on false/fraudulent advertising considering their refusal to pay out.

I opened Nutmeg ISA in February 2017, when the promised cashback was £180. In July 2017, £125 appeared on my account. When I filed a claim of the wrong amount, £125 went down to £0 and I am still waiting for the resolution after a couple of nudges (April 2018). Be careful.
