It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. I have been on O2 for quite a few years now and I have never had any problems, either with the network or the billing.” Their customer service team comes in for praise too, with comments including “always had a great experience with O2, always helpful on chat and happy to assist”. Been months 'waiting for retailer', nudged TCB twice. I told o2 at the start I took contract on the basis they honoured TCB purchase. time to ring and cancel.

Took ages for this to track, which I expected from feedback others had left. Had to submit a claim to get the uplift from £25 to £100. Had to then chase this claim to finally get full amount. I suspect this is common tactic my O2, hoping that people wont bother to chase it or give up. Thanks to topcashback support, the matter was sorted. No thanks at all to O2

Still waiting after 6 months O2 to be avoided at all costs. Seems to me that they are either not paying or delaying cashbacks deliberately or just incompetent

o2 have a new ploy they get you to call them saying there is a error on your account. so when you ring them no cashback.

Signed up for a new 12 month simplicity with a £200 cashback at the end of March, after submitting a cashback claim and a few nudges eventually with topcashbacks excellent customer service team I got my expected cashback from O2 after 6 months of waiting. Many thanks

promised £100 for purchase, tracked quickly at lower amount of £25 with promise of uplift. Now payable but at lower amount. Can't be right to advertise something, get the sale and then not honour contract. Will not deal with O2 again as having problems with contract on another phone too.

Received the SIM's within a couple of days, both separate transactions. Nice quick turn around. Only ever tracked at the basic rate £25. At least the cashback tracked (unlike for some others who've used O2), but for both purchases never uplifted to the published higher rates. Wanted the SIMs anyway, but the higher cashback would have been much better. I've received some of the money that I was expecting (I know there's no guarantee). But, now they've got the sale...........

well my £25 became payable today and not the £100 expected, raised enquiry with TCB earlier and it has been sent to merchant today so perhaps TCB are on the ball with this seemingly common problem.

Before taking the contract out from o2 i did read the reviews and i was slightly put off by the reviews as more than 50% of the people didnt recieve £100 cashback as promised but i still took the risk and went with it. My cashback did start with £25 but exactly after 3 weeks it topped up to £100 as it said on the deal. Now im just waiting the payment to be payeble. Thanks TOPCASHBACK!!!!

Bought the mobile broadband dongle in January, Had to claim the cashback... after many months it appeared as "pending" then when it moved to payable ( September) became £0 . Desperately hoping they're niot doing the same to the Travel insurance purchase which hasn't appeared.... great offers to stop you shopping elsewhere! but no payment 9 months on

Ordered 12 month sim on 10/7/10 and after tracking at £25 and not the £100 expected with the promise of "uplifting" to the correct amount it has now been confirmed as £25.00 Not a happy bunny with this at all.
