It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. I was persuaded to take out a sim only package with the promise of £200 cashback. I have kept up my part of the bargain nut have heard nothing and received nothing from O2. I have nudged and contacted top cash back ad nauseum, but have had no positive news from them either. Pretty dissatisfied in all.

Difficult to penalise TopCashback but O2 have been a bit naughty. I was entitled to £50 cashback for the service/product that I selected. And as like most of you, this contributed greatly to my decision to purchase. The site advised that with O2 the amount may track lower until the cashback becomes payable - well it did track lower, and now it has become payable it has not increased. I ordered Broadband through here with O2 and a new contract with O2 both have had the same issue. Pretty dissatisfied to be honest, but only with O2 in terms of cashback. The broadband, customer service, mobile service are all bang on 100% excellent. Just I disagree with offering something and not coming through with it.

IT IS OVER 2 MONTHS SINCE I SIGNED UP TO O2 AND AM STILL WAITING FOR MY £50 CASHBACK. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT USING THESE SITES AGAIN.

I’m very disappointed with O2 and topcashback as still waiting for April cashback. This is the largest amount of cashback I have been entitled to and the whole thing has been a letdown. My order didn’t track and so I submitted a claim that had to go “on ice” for a month before it could even be submitted and have nudged several times but still nothing. I would not recommend this site until I can see that the offers work as they should especially for the larger amounts.

had to raise enquiry to get my cashback tracked which was 26 pound for a 12 month sim deal which eventually tracked but after months of waiting still no cashback not happy at all

Terrible. Still haven't got cashback from March. Submitted claim and TCB said they were seeking the money but had no word since and no money has appeared in my account since. If it weren't for the fact that Simplicity is a good deal without cashback I would be really hopping mad. Very dissapointed.

Special offer £50 cashback on a £10 12 month simplicity deal, initially tracked at £25 and later uplifted to £50 and payable after 3 months. Deffinitely worth the wait. 02 and TCB seem to have lived up to their word for me here. Brilliant! Thanks xx

No problems with the Cashback site so far. Everything has run as clockwork. As for O2 the product is as described and I have not gone over my 1200 minutes allowance so far! I would definitely recommend this to a friend who had the option as the cashback means I am paying close to 8 pounds a month for 1200 minutes and unlimited texts.

Only showing £25 cashback but should be £100, o2 should be ashamed ! . The point of the cashback is to bring in new customers, this generates income for o2 (not surprising if they keep the cashback).
