It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. If Topcashback can't be bothered to get the money from o2, who lie and get away with it, then there's always another cashback site whom I have never had a problem with.

6 months on and no cashback, o2 are liers. They offered £200 cashback and then just didn't bother giving it. Top cash back don't seem to be doing anything except say they are waiting for o2. Which is not acceptable.

i order this item in april and have spoken to topcashback no less than 7 times everytime they tell me not to worry. the cashback is £200. still not even tracked i have used other cashback sites in the past but only over the last 9 months started using this one. first thoughts was its great now not that impressed. i also have another 2 enquiries outstanding and i am still waiting about those after 1 month. poor show o2 i wouldnt have taken up the deal if it was not foe the cashback. poor show topcashback customer service falls short of other cashback websites.

Been waiting 3 months for the manual claim to be assessed (after 2 months of being told it would "probably" be uplifted automatically). Still not happened yet! All in all I think that waiting 5 months in unacceptable.

Don't hold your breath if you are waiting for the £200 cashback (12 month contract) offer from 31st March. Neither O2 nor TCB unfortunately have assisted as I am still waiting after 4 months despite submitting several nudges and enquiry claims. I don't think it will ever come through so this offer seems to be nothing but a con to me. I only applied for this offer due to the cash back, however it has been nothing but a waste of time and money.

still tracking at £25 when the cashback was £100 took 3 week for o2 to send me a sim card out (usless cust service ) still waiting for cash back to track at £100 then be paid..... taking a very long time

Got a 24 month contract in early March and was expecting £50 cashback. This tracked at only £0. 3 months after a manual claim, this has tracked correctly, and confirmed, with estimated payment date of end July. This is still awaiting to be 'payable' Overall, very poor cashback experience with o2

I am still waiting for a cashback which I applied for on 31 March 2010 - it's been 4 months and I am still waiting. I have paid £100 since then. O2 are not to be recommended and you cannot contact them directly about the cashback offer.

Bought 10 pounds tariff + 5 pounds bolt-on for internet in end of May, tracked 25 pounds cash back in 3 days then up to 50 pounds later. Took 7 weeks to be confirmed though and payable after 8 weeks. Got paid on time, recommended. I am getting one more contract for my family when another promotion coming up.

very disappointed with this one. I joined up with O2 in April however am still waiting for this sale to be tracked!!!! Most frustrating. Would not recommend.

I ordered O2 12 months Simplicity for smartphones £15 a month contract, with £100 cashback = £6.66 a month. I was told it would intially track at £25 which is did = fine... The order of the sim card was late, so I called up O2, when I told them my order number, they refered to my sim as £10 + £5, despite their website saying £15 inclusive. Anyway this concerned me as the £10 offer was £50 cashback, so I contacted Top cashback, who assured me it doesn't matter about the breakdown which O2 mentioned, its the total you pay. Anyway, so I went ahead an kept the sim, (I'd of cancelled it in the cooling off period, had I of known) It ended up tracking as £50, not the £100 promised, I've noticed from reading other comments, on here, that other people have had similar issues, such as getting £50 when £150 owed etc... I used another cashback site last year, and got my FULL £100 cashback, so I'm not sure who's to blame here, O2 or Topcashback, but they have some working out to do. And I want my remaining £50, despite that, I've found TCB, very good for other transactions...
