It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. I was shopping around for a new phone contract and was attracted by the cash back. I found the product from 02 to be first class , hasle free and simple, i even kept my original number. Ist class reccomendation from me :-)

update... exactlly one month after i took the 12 month o2 deal this has now been uplifted to the correct amount of £100 and now confirmed, so far, all good

Like others I ordered when the £100 offer was on but still only showing £25. I will not be a happy bunny if this does not get uplifted to the correct amount.

i have used the cashback site for o2 3 times now it tracked very quickly and payment of £100 became payable exactly 8 weeks later. will be definately using again

Waiting over 8 months for my cashback. Almost given up hope. Read the reviews on here and stay well clear. Fairly good chance you will never see your cashback.

When I signed up for an O2 simplicity SIM the cashback was advertised as £100. I have only received £25 in my account. Now it's £25, just a bit annoyed...

please do not get fool by this o2 and also topcsashback. what they advert they never follow and get customer to spend. my o2 cashback is not been tracked since march 10 and no sign o tracking. submit missing claim query was on ice for 1 month. still no any sign of cashback.

applied for the iphone simplicity 12 month deal at £100, only £25 credited to my account, which it did state when applying. submitted missing cashback claim which is on ice for one month from the date i took the deal. hope i get the other £75.00!!. we'll see

Signed up as it was offering £100 for a 12 month contract and checked cashback to see only £25 paid. Went back and checked the deal and it's now all changed to just £25 so will be sending back my sim card as soon as it arrives and going with some one else.

O2 and TCB have now become poor performers in tracking and casing cashback for me I have had a good deal of cashback but am now using alternatives who seem to be more effective at customer management

I also took out a £25 a month contract on 31 March 2010 for the £200 cash back. Still no luck with obtaining payment from O2. I feel O2 have conned me as they have not responded to query.

Feel that this a fraudulent way of getting people to sign up and I am looking into making a complaint against o2 on this basis.

These deals usually track within days, and this latest deal did not let me down in that respect. However, this was an additional 'new' contract I took out commencing in March but it still only tracks at the basic rate of £50. I had expected £150. Months down the line, and it still hasn't been sorted. In the past I have been very happy with O2, but this is quickly souring my relationship.
